The short version
We do not give refunds. Try it free first, up to 3 inspections, no card needed. That is your chance to decide whether it suits you before you pay anything. Once you buy a pass the whole product is yours straight away, and the payment is final. If something goes wrong with a payment we fix it with pass time, not money back. The only exception is the one the law makes: your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which no business can take away.
1. What you are buying
Passes are one off payments that unlock the full product for a fixed period. Nothing is a subscription, nothing renews, and we do not keep your card to charge you again.
- Show Pass, A$24.95: 30 days of unlimited inspections.
- Buyer Pass, A$69.95: 180 days, plus the Buyer Report and a partner account. If you buy it while a Show Pass is still active, the A$24.95 you already paid is credited.
- Extension, A$24.95: adds 90 days to whatever is left on your current pass.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where GST applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
2. Try before you pay
Every account can use the full workflow free for up to 3 inspections with no card and no commitment. Please use it. It is there so you can find out whether the product suits you before any money changes hands, because once you pay, the payment is final.
3. No refunds
Access starts the moment payment succeeds and the whole product is available to you immediately. All payments are final. We do not refund, in whole or in part:
- because you changed your mind;
- because you did not get around to using the pass, or used only part of it;
- because you bought the van or car before your pass ran out, or decided not to buy anything at all;
- for a pass bought by accident or on the wrong account;
- for the unused part of a pass when you close your account, when we close it for a breach of the Terms of Service, or when we change or discontinue a product;
- for a purchase decision you made in the real world. Our tools help you keep records, they do not inspect or value anything and they carry no responsibility for what you buy. See the Disclaimer;
- for loss caused by information being wrong or out of date. Mistakes can and will be made, and the data is for educational purposes only. You are expected to check and validate before deciding;
- for problems caused by your own device, storage or internet connection.
4. Billing mistakes are fixed with pass time
If you were charged and your pass was not applied, tell us and we apply it. If you were charged twice for the same pass, or charged more than the published price, we add pass time to your account to the value of the extra payment. We do not return the money.
If the service has a fault, we fix it. Where a fault costs you days of use, we add those days back to your pass.
5. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with consumer guarantees. Where a failure to meet one of those guarantees is major, the law entitles you to cancel and get a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for the drop in value. Where it is not major, we are entitled to fix it within a reasonable time. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
This is the only situation in which a refund is given, and only because the law requires it. If anything in this policy conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
6. How to report a problem
Email support@everyverdict.com with:
- the email address on your account;
- which pass you bought and roughly when;
- what went wrong, with a screenshot if you have one.
We aim to reply within 2 business days and to decide within 5 business days. If we decline a claim, we tell you why in writing and point you to the next step.
7. Please talk to us before a chargeback
If something is wrong, email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes longer to resolve for you than simply asking. We would rather fix the problem.
8. Unresolved complaints
If we cannot sort it out between us, you can contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au, or your state or territory consumer protection agency. In Queensland that is the Office of Fair Trading on 13 74 68.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid. The version and date are at the top.
